We have agreed several times that she doesn't want gray blonde. The regrowth is neutral, warm against the sun, the hair is grayish along its length. It doesn't look good. In the light in the living room completely different. I liked it quite there, after leaving I broke down. The second thing is price. I signed up for medium hair. My shoulders are gently. No comments. At the end of the visit, the lady stated that the hair was long and thus the price was higher. I'd rather hear it at the consultation before we started doing anything. No coffee, no tea, no suggestions to hang the jacket on a hanger - mine was on the couch. The room needs to be refreshed. The bathroom is dirty. Usually I do not pick on such matters, but for the price - PLN 320, it should look different. I would like to add that I had highlights on the regrowth that had max. 3cm plus toner and tip alignment - the price blew me away. I think that the salon is valued too highly in terms of the offered services, unfortunately. I don't make an appointment because I don't want to dye my hair again in such a short time because it will overburden my hair. Besides, I just don't want to go there anymore, since the coloring was done in this way, I suspect that I will hear that nothing can be done with the hair and the fault lies in its poor condition, i.e. on my side. I leave a negative opinion because I am not satisfied with the final result. About two months have passed since the visit. Hair color really poor. The color lasted a few days, then began to rinse well. At the moment I have sad, matt pods. The bronze, which was supposed to be deep, became faded and has become dirty in many places. The fringe that was made to me was suitable after the first wash! Why Well, in the salon and after leaving, there were no shortcomings because the hair was properly arranged, i.e. a slick straightener. After washing, I was stunned. At the place of the bangs, between its normal length, strands of long hair also appeared that got in my eyes. I was forced to cut them myself. The process of coloring and cutting was rather unpleasant. The hair was tortured with a tangle teezer brush and straightener. I have the impression that the hair has lost its overall vitality and appearance since these "treatments". The final effect of smooth and shiny hair is the illusion and merit of a hot straightener. After washing them, you can be surprised. I will not go back there anymore. I will not recommend to anyone. In addition, prices are too high for the quality of services rendered. Response to owner response: I was supposed to come to the complaint at 6am before leaving for work? Who would serve me? I had to save myself and bring order to myself what was spoiled by your employee. In addition, I would not dare to cross the threshold of this place a second time. I do not spoil the opinion of the salon, because I have such a whim just because I paid almost PLN 300 for something that significantly worsened the condition of my hair. And in my opinions I have a lot of negative, because I think that if someone is washing someone, it should be described as a warning. That others would not get to such "places". I recommend that you draw conclusions and hire experienced people to work.
