The worst branch of the worst state-owned company. Everyone "learns", they are in no rush when there is a long queue. Most willingly, instead of sending parcels (which are expensive compared to the quality and time of delivery), they sold calendars with the Pope and the cookbook of St. Anastasia. Some failure. It is best to transfer completely to shipments using Inpost parcel machines. I do not recommend.
The worst mail in which I am forced to receive and send packages !!!! Opening hours for non-working people - how are two hired? Let them work on shifts, not together at the same hours - but "better plots than work" !!! All institutions are open for 8 hours, and on Kostuchnia only up to 6 hours.
Another minus is for the ladies who work there !!! There are two one older and the other younger (some time ago she was learning but already "permeated" with the older person's habits: (). How can you be so unkind and rude to the customer ???? and the service of one person at the window takes baaaaaaaardzooooo dłuuuuuuuuugoooooo !! !!! - yes, she has time for everything: "She" is for us, not us for her, unfortunately, because of the kind of my work, I'm there almost every day, I will not mention that there are days where I kiss the door handle 4 minutes before closing.
