I found an important registered letter today in the stairwell in front of the door.
NO COMMENTS!
Ten calls - no one answers, and I wanted to explain this form of delivering a registered letter .... Shocking quality of service.
I have been using UP on Słupska for years - definitely more efficient service.

Cool, cool. There are chocolates, wallets, envelopes, books, publications, stamps, newspapers, weeklies, monthlies, periodicals, various others, among others. calendars with dogs, cats and horses. Extra.
The facility is practically the same as any other, apart from more than once unpleasant customers who still have a grudge, God knows what. A year ago, the queues were really kilometers long, but now there are no queues from morning to evening (occasionally there are up to 5 people in the queue).
The clients themselves have a grudge against employees who work on old equipment and are therefore limited, always with complaints about postmen who have their managers at the main office and the window worker has little in common with them.
After all, the service was nice, helpful :)
Sorry to write, but Poczta Polska is the bottom and meter of silt. In this branch, there are always queues and a free return to the past in the years of the Polish People's Republic - invaluable experience of the situation from the movie Teddy Bear completely free ...
