Notification in the mailbox even though I was at home all day. Embarrassment.
The worst courier !!! He did not try to contact him regarding the parcel delivery and then he got an SMS that the parcel should be picked up at the post office. The message for the courier stated that I was at home all the time. On the hotline, you inform that the courier is not obliged to contact the recipient and that he does not deliver the parcel, I am to pick it up myself. All I can do is make a complaint. It turns out that he did not even have to come to the address provided, but it was enough that he sent a notification via SMS and took the parcel to the post office. Poczta Polska never again!
The facility is below criticism! The postman does not even try to deliver the parcels, after which he receives a message that the parcel is sent back to the sender! Confused delivery addresses, lack of information, mess, haos FAILURE.
Getting in touch is almost a miracle.
