It is true that 1 is a very negative assessment, but you had to earn a lot to get it and so you gathered and collected, eternal problems with notifications, problems with collecting the parcel, not a nice lady who serves there and finally the thing that beat everything, little a parcel that weighed maybe 500g was counted as 2kg and instead of PLN 8 it was counted over PLN 18, it is a bit of an inflection because I think it is not a coincidence ... Overall, I do not recommend it. Ps. Ahh, I forgot the opening time of the place completely pointless, it should be longer.

Just Polish Post. Unfortunately, the institution and its employees are not in current customer service standards. Safe and quick procedures for receiving a parcel, and at the same time this irreplaceable card and pen;) Fossil protected by law.

Parcel delivery is handled by a postman, not a post office, so I don't judge, but my letters always arrive on time, without any notification. I take care of everything I want to do. I do not require that the service change my mailing procedures. Different opening hours are a plus for me, everyone will find a day when they can come to the post office after or before work. In an emergency I can go to the 24-hour post office. On the downside, it is a pity that it is not open on any Saturday.
