Unfortunately, the assessment only concerns the approach to the client, because I was not able to use the services. After receiving the voucher to the salon, I made a phone call asking about the possibility of making an appointment that exceeded the date mentioned on the voucher. The lady assured that this is not a problem, but at this point it is not possible to give a specific date as the masseuse is "from the outside". After the promise of consulting the masseuse and a callback, there was silence. After two days, another attempt to make an appointment, the situation repeats itself. Unfortunately, after the fourth (!!) phone call on the same issue and the next one, we will "call you back." I wanted to cancel the service and return the voucher, but unfortunately this is not possible. It is a pity that since the money has already been received, customer satisfaction is not important to you. Unfortunately, I will dissuade you from the salon.

I had a hybrid manicure done by one of the ladies. Some performance is tragic. Manicure done sloppy, very fast, inaccurately. The old varnish of the hybrid has partially remained, the skins have not been cut or manicured at all. PLN 60 - I already know why you pay so much. Old varnishes, old base, old top coat. The cuticles were soaked, each nail had a different shape and length, and two of them were filed on the side so that after 8 weeks they are still curved to one side. I do not recommend and even warn. When I went to another salon for repair, the lady took those disgusting shovels off me for 45 minutes! Never again!
