I was a satisfied customer for a good time, but after the last visit I changed my mind. Really, I am an ordinary not demanding client, I do not ask unnecessary questions, because I know that working with a client is a heavy piece of bread, but your pharmacy technician with a German-sounding name was so unpleasant that it looked more like a punishment in this pharmacy than work. Drugs issued with great grace, thrown like a dog, on the counter. Without a word and elementary culture. You will not be able to visit customers by such people. I understand that there are no hands to work on the market, but this case ... is a real extreme.

I have been a customer of the Vitrum pharmacy in Kłodzko for about five years. What I appreciate the most about it is the really helpful and pharmacy educated staff. Thanks to the people who work there, I wouldn't trade it for any other.

Good location (commercial pavilion E.Leclerc). Separate entrance to the pharmacy. There is no problem with parking the car. Good supply. Moderate prices. Nice professional staff. Recommendation: I recommend
