Friendly service, always helpful- saying that the wife saw a week ago earrings in the counter - not having a photo, (of course, there was no one in the counter) very nice lady asked me about how they looked - a special sign more or less the price - I already knew that it was gold from 14K, I was shocked for such professionalism! The cooperation between the serving ladies was perfect, of course I made the purchase - and the wife pleased that "I remembered" 😁 And this is only thanks to the ladies from Apart Regards and recommend shopping in Kłodzko

Last year I bought a fairly expensive watch and was informed that the first battery change will be done free of charge. Today I learned that "yes, I can send to the service but with payment I do not know how they will decide" ... THEY, I DO NOT KNOW ... It would seem that in a store of this type where the prestigious, exclusive goods are sold and expensive, the client should not be left with a problem and an ambiguous answer ... the vegetable garden lady has more sense and cunning. Prices and so-called promotions are a topic for a separate story ... I do not recommend and I will not go back there.
