I did not evaluate the procedure itself because it did not take place. I made an appointment via moment.pl on September 2 for a carboxytherapy treatment for stretch marks. The day before, at 21/09, I got a call with the information that the procedure would not take place. Of course, I really wanted the surgery, so I made an appointment with you on a different date. On the second day it turned out that, unfortunately, I had no one to leave my daughter with for that day, so I postponed the visit to another date. When I came for the appointment, unfortunately it was not entered and the lady asked if I could come at 5 pm, I agreed. During the conversation, it turned out that the carboxytherapy procedure could not be performed because there is currently no equipment for it. I asked for a refund of PLN 100 in advance. The lady agreed. I've been waiting a week. The advance payment did not come back. I called to assure you that the money will be sent after talking to the doctor. Another 2 weeks of waiting, my phone call - I got information that the advances are non-refundable. I lost PLN 100 on booking an appointment that could not be performed. Thank you. greetings

Clean, aesthetic, professional service. Mrs. przesympatyczna. During the procedure, small complications, but I do not eat wine anymore. The end result is ok. I recommend.

I arranged an appointment via the website, an SMS with the confirmation of the visit (exact day and time) arrived, unfortunately no one appeared, the door from the offices was closed (the visit was to be in the morning), as I called the number given in the text, no one answered. Why arranging visits like no one probably takes it seriously? In addition, I wrote about the situation to the office via fb (where you usually wait to answer a few hours) and there is no response so far, and he wanted to know why this situation occurred. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed, because I was hoping that I will have a good time.
