The best CCC in Katowice! Ms Agnieszka (I'm not sure if I didn't mix up the name, it's about middle-aged blonde, shoulder-length hair) is a very helpful person and a model employee in contact with the client. Thanks to the help, I was able to buy several pairs of shoes at a comparable price with one without promotion. Thank you for your help and if I want to buy something again in CCC, it's only for you!

Service tragedy !! On one day I visited several CCC stores in Katowice, so I have a comparison, apart from the fact that she works in customer service. The fact that I was late because less than an hour before closing, but the store was practically without customers. I approached the seller with a fairly demanding problem. I was looking for specific shoes that I could not buy in another store for technical reasons. Without knowing the code, I described exactly on the basis of the twin model of what shoes I am looking for. Instead of a zipper, there was supposed to be an eraser, no bigger feat. In another store I got the information that they are available here. The lady from the service said that without the code it will not help me because they have rearranging. I decided to ask you at the checkout if she could call the second store asking about the code of shoes that were put away that same day in that store. She replied that she would give me a number and I would call myself. While I was calling, my friend went through the store looking for shoes and after a while she managed to find one. In the meantime, I saw that all the ladies from the service were gossiping. I believe that the service could try to help the customer more. I politely asked for help. One of the ladies could help me in the search, or call the second store. A bit of empathy will not hurt in this profession, the more that ladies were bored. Furnishing in full swing ... 🤨 I was there for the first and last time.

After unsuccessful purchases at the CCC in Quick Park, the lady helped her to choose shoes, brought some couples to try on, and advised how to clean. Everything quickly and efficiently.
