I have been a customer of the store for 5 years. I drive 120 km to this store. The service was always nice but today I was very amused and disappointed. I did the shopping and it was not for a small amount, when I asked for a discount, the lady explained that I could get it 32 minutes ago. I say how it is, after all, I have been here for over 50 minutes because the purchase of shoes and clothes is not done within 10 minutes and in the meantime the saleswoman gave another client some heels and there was a discussion between them and I waited. I ask, after all, I've been here for a long time ... I heard that I could do my shopping earlier, until 3 p.m. I wanted to laugh. I find this very unprofessional behavior. And it's not about the money, but about the way you treat your regular customer. Sad
