The Adidas company preys on the ignorance of customers and when submitting a complaint, they order the store to come to the store to deliver the goods regardless of the distance. The hotline and store employees are firmly of the opinion that only personally can deliver the goods to the store and there is no other option, e.g. shipping the goods. NOTE: one phone call to the District Consumer Ombudsman was enough and after an hour the complaint was accepted and the next day the money was on the cat. Don't give in to big corporations and stick to yours!

The jacket has been under complaint for 4 weeks and I still can't get it back. I paid PLN 450 for the jacket and it ripped apart after a few days. I would like to add that I bought the jacket at adidas in Katowice and I cannot return it at adidas in Częstochowa. I had to go to Katowice on purpose. Edit: after 35 days I picked up the repaired jacket.

I agree, my son had 2 months old shoes and they were damaged, of course, they did not accept the complaint because they stated that there was a high friction force on the material, in addition, they wrote that the shoes were washed in a machine with various means because they smelled inside and the shoes were only refreshed with an ordinary shoe spray, as I would give dirty and smelly, they would find that the shoes were neglected just a massacre I will not buy any shoes in this store anymore

Shop not worth attention. Complaints never recognized ... Shoes fall apart after 2 months and they say that it is ok. It is not worth buying there. I will not buy anything there anymore. I recommend !!!!!
