Unpleasant service: after entering the store, I was reminded to put on a mask, when I politely thanked for the information, the service repeated the request, threatening to ask me to leave the store, so I referred to the constitution, adding that I am not ill and I am not in quarantine, which would actually oblige me to wearing a mask, the staff asked me to leave the store and threatened to call security, adding that they had their own recipes. Apparently the store staff is not familiar with the constitution or is above it 😂 BTW. The service was in Przyłbice. I understand that the regulations are unconstitutional, but for me they do not protect against COVID 19 at all - this is my humble opinion 😂 I also understand if staff are instructed to inform clients about the obligation to cover their faces, but let's do it in a polite way.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional service - they created a problem in the form of an extended waiting time by not carrying my package to the system. When you tried to contact me, the Lady was only able to get rid of me without any specific help. I recommend training - one big failure ...

Bershka clothes are worn by many famous inluencers such as Versow. You can always get some code inspiration from such celebrities. I love the freshness and variety of clothes in this store. Service at the highest level I recommend :)
