The rating applies to the entire web! I bought a phone to be picked up at the store for the next day, after calling the consultant in the evening, it turned out that the phone may not be there and we have to wait for a reply. Media markt had the same promotion, if I knew that RTV Euro would cheat me, it would be bought from the competition! The fact that from today RTV Euro is burnt to me and the competition has gained a good customer

I recommend to everyone !!! I decided to shop online because of the move, the prevailing pandemic and attractive prices. I've been waiting for the package for over a month ..... Employees on the RTV Euro AGD hotline sent me either to a courier company or told me to wait "because the complaint documents are not ready" because the costam .... I don't know who collapsed anymore, but the package did not even come out to me despite the prepayment. It was only the request of the employees of the Polkowice facility that they would start their case by themselves. I received a refund the same day plus a gift card for subsequent purchases, plus a discount coupon in the email with an apology. Nice staff, equipment ordered again - this time for collection in the store. Everything ended well. Thank you once again :)

Tragedy. Waiting for an employee who deals in installment purchases, then writes on the card what monthly installment - nothing about how much you pay is best to count yourself because it sits quietly and waits for an answer. I don't know who is in this store for whom !!! I advise against !!!

The purchase was successful, only the location shows the place on the map incorrectly and I had to ask passers-by where the store was
