One of those places you always want to come back to. Marla and Grzesiek are passionate about a healthy lifestyle, they both have extensive knowledge of functional training, each training is well thought out and supported by the latest knowledge in the physiology of exercise. In addition, a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere during classes, you can really relieve stress 😊 I highly recommend it, for everyone!
