I have bought a trip to Croatia. Unfortunately, the tour organizer in the era of coronavirus refuses all possible cancellation trips. I do not recommend this company, they do not want to either issue a voucher or change the date of departure. They threaten to cover the cost of the entire event by 80% of the value. You can't get along with them in any way. In one word, they force people who are afraid of coronavirus infection to leave.

They are insolvent. They don't live up to their contracts. I strongly advise against.

The company breaks its own regulations and the signed contract in the event of cancellation. The company is insolvent and treats customers as its colleagues. EPT illegally holds people's money after they leave, and cites non-existent laws. As a customer of many years in the face of recent situations, I definitely don't recommend the company or the ladies I had the trouble to talk to. The service ladies are not interested in the client or topic and are not polite. You cannot contact the management of the company.

I was a participant in a holiday in Karlobag from 6 - 15 September 2019, which included three wonderful trips. Our supervisor from the Bureau, Ms Wiola, was always available to the participants, and during these very difficult trips for various reasons she showed exceptional organizational skills. In addition, we had very good drivers, with whom we safely traveled rags not always a straight road. Hotel Zagreb, a tourist class in Karlobag, completely met my expectations in every respect. I rested wonderfully using the beach, bathing in the warm sea, walking on the beautiful, but not very large Karlobag, and the most fun gave me sightseeing as part of trips I have already known from the past of three towns in Istria (Poreč, Rovinj and Pula) and Plitvice Lakes , as well as the island of Krk with the towns of Krk, Vrbnik and the "mud beach", where I had to have a messy time. Now watching movies and photos with exasperation I recall beautiful moments spent on these holidays well organized by the Tourist Office Euro Pol Tour.
