I would not recommend this shop due to the very lack of service. Last time I bought anything there. I advise others to choose a different store.

Poor quality products (I bought 3 items and I had to advertise 3 items) Moreover, problems with complaints - contrary to the consumer's law, they force the choice of a different product. I strongly advise against!

I do not recommend. Only after a year, the engagement ring made of white gold broke in half! It was not enlarged, I would even say that it was very rarely worn, due to the type of work performed and home chores during renovation. The complaint was accepted on the 15th day, so I demanded a refund or exchange for a new one. However, the store offered a repair. Since when rings with stones, here with diamonds, have been repaired ?! No self-respecting jeweler will do such a thing! In much better salons, buying rings with stones is discouraged when the customer thinks that they will not have to be enlarged or repaired! Of course, if I had lost a stone after such a repair, the store would have avoided inserting a new one, indicating my neglect. Verbal scuffles with a lady from the store, who did not know what to do in this case, ended up calling the Consumer Ombudsman. After two hours of conversations alternately with the spokesperson, the lady from the store and the store's hotline, I came across someone understanding who took care of my case and promised to check the store in terms of complaints and service, sending the head of the region (whether it happened anymore). We will definitely not go with the fiance to this store for the wedding rings and we will steer clear of it :)

Hello, I can say with a clear conscience that my experience with this place is absolutely yes. Watching the rings together with my wife, we took one of the ladies there a lot of time and then we left, but only so that I could come back and make a purchase alone without my wife because it was supposed to be a surprise. The lady had no problem to serve me calmly despite the fact that it was 5 minutes to close. Another reason why I go back there is the issue of settling complaints, i.e. I advertised two rings, because after about a year they deformed ... And everything happened as long as only a matter of time which is not influenced by the ladies working in a given place. The telephone contact method is great. I also recommend
