We had a wedding on 04/12/2020, 11/12/2020 I submitted a complaint because after a week of time our TITANIUM wedding rings are scratched, come off gilded and the stone and the women's wedding ring fell off ... worse than my parents' 25-year-old wedding rings. I hope that the salon will take the complaint seriously ... EDIT: between 01-10.01.2021 I picked up new wedding rings, originally wrapped in foil, but it's scary to put them on. There is still a fear in the head that on day 2 they will be scratched

I do not recommend, they send a different shade than we tried on in the salon, after the so-called free engraving, you cannot return the goods, which of course you do not inform about, inform about the exchange, but for an additional PLN 100; but does not say that the art of the ring, i.e. replacement with 200 PLN, I have already resigned and I will buy another one from a normal jeweler, not some good company that brings wedding rings, I guess that from China, they lie and cheat people, it is not worth buying and I made a mistake that I did not read the opinions of previous dissatisfied customers, maybe I would like to be 700 zlotys ahead, a person learns from mistakes, I do not recommend and warn others against buying

We bought wedding rings as a second set. Tungsten which according to the assurances were to be indestructible. After a year, we had to advertise because the wedding rings were scratched and changed color. The waiting time for replacement is 8 weeks according to the seller's assurances. In the meantime, while waiting for the complaint to be processed, it turned out that exactly the same wedding rings can be bought much cheaper (10% of the purchase value in Poland) on the Chinese sales portal. The company probably pulls wedding rings from China, even though they argue that they don't. The received wedding rings after the complaint were packed in plastic bags thrown loosely into a decorative box which did not bear the company's logo, even though one was sent back with the rings.

I bought tungsten wedding rings a month ago and so far I am satisfied. The only thing that let me down was the free size picker. It is difficult to determine the size, so we had to quickly send the wedding ring back for replacement. It took a week because the required size was available and without engraving. When choosing, I recommend to go around a few jewelry stores and measure the size to compare with the probe. All the ladies with whom I spoke on the phone were nice and helpful. best regards

I bought my first wedding rings somehow in February, but they turned out to be too big and we sent them back for replacement, we were informed that the implementation would take up to 8 weeks (from April). We found we would wait. July started, 2 weeks until the wedding, no e-mail contact, I was told in the stationary store that they would be sent by the end of that week, then after my call at the end of the week, no one in the store knew what had happened, that the rings had not come out, the manager claimed she was on a business trip and she allegedly handled our case and will ship it on Mon. After my next calls and text messages on Mon and Tue, the manager was surprised that the rings had not arrived yet, and as it turned out later, they were sent only on Tuesday evening and I supposedly got a discount for an apology and finally when I received the rings (2 days before marriage), it turned out to be without the engraving it was supposed to be. Also, the process of replacing the rings is terrible. I do not recommend the store.
