Flavos - Immigration Lawyer

I came to my family in Poland at the end of 2018. I wanted to get a permanent residence card because I am Polish by flesh and blood. I thought the process would be easy and fun. However, the very first visit with my aunt Ewa at the Provincial Office in Wrocław made me wonder if I would be able to get this card myself. I did not receive help from the officials who sent us back and forth. At this point, we agreed with my aunt to turn to a lawyer. We did not know where to find the right one, but by accident we came to Legnica (we were looking for a translator), it turned out that the Flavos company, which deals with such things, is located in the same city. We were willing to take a risk and contract them, but in retrospect, I think it was the best decision we could have made. At the beginning, the lawyer analyzed my documents and stated that I am indeed of Polish origin and I have evidence of this in the form of, in particular, the book of my grandfather Stanisław, a councilor. They warned me, however, that the road would not be easy, because in Wrocław, due to the large number of applications, the officials did not help the website look for documents and blamed it on the person who submitted the application. They also often misinterpret the law. As I said, we decided to take a risk, assured that even if the Governor refused, we would appeal and win the case, whether at the Chief's or in Court. At first I didn't believe it, but I soon found out that they were telling the truth. The inspector who conducted the proceedings questioned the documents, saying that the application was incomplete. Left alone without the help of the authority, we did not give up, but searched all the archives that could be searched. The lawyer wrote various letters and tried to convince the official that we were right. It was hard but it worked. Observing the case as a client, I saw the commitment of Flavos employees, I saw how they experience the case and try to help me. At one point my briefcase was so thick that I couldn't believe it. I am convinced that I could not cope alone. However, I would also like to thank the inspector who made the decision and finally started to cooperate with my plenipotentiary. This means a lot to me. Today I know that I will definitely turn to Mr. Artur and Rafał with other problems, e.g. with the citizenship that I intend to obtain. I was very pleased to hear, when I picked up the card, the words said to me by the official: "recovered Pole".
