At the Castle Square in Legnica, there is a statue of St. John of Nepomuk which is illuminated and located near the Głogów Gate in front of the main entrance to the castle. St. John of Nepomuk was situated on a pedestal. Few people know that in 2011, the original 18th-century sculpture was completely damaged and moved to the lapidarium at the Copper Museum. A replica stands on the site of the original sculpture.

Historical monument. Under it there is a wooden bench where you can sit and wait for somebody or relax.
