I am a regular customer of the store, for a few years I would not say a bad word about employees or assortment, but for some time my complaints have not brought any effect. The employee who was employed recently treats people objectively. As the customer of our Lord says. I don't understand how I can stand under the shop, asking her to serve me, because I'm in a hurry on the bus, and in response I hear that she has a break and if I don't like it, should I go to the shop next door? I am not the first customer treated by this employee. The rest that you spend also gives a lot to be desired, you are an elderly person, but I can count up to 50, since I only took cigarettes. Fantastic store, low rating, for not responding to customer complaints, the more that I am the next person who asked to tell the boss what is going on. There are no responses.

Good prices, often promotions, and when buying a large amount for an event, you can return a part and recover a part of the amount. I recommend the shop.

I was assured that there is a possibility of returning the purchased goods, it turned out that I did not mark this option in the Internet system, about which I was not informed. Unreadable page with orders - this is not clearly stated where to be able to return. There is an inscription "do you want to take advantage of additional options" ... Only when I wanted to return excess alcohol, after a phone call it turned out that at the time of ordering I did not check the option of a possible refund. I suggest changing the order form, because in its current form the return option is not legible. Edit: lift up to 3 *, service done in order, attractive prices. If it were not for the fact that today it turned out that I can not return alcohol, I would probably rate the service at 5 *.
