Unfortunately, the walls can be seen from one side. The buildings that make up the wall are inhabited, with gardens adjacent to them on one side. As a result, to see something closer, you would have to enter someone's yard / private property.

It used to be a city defensive wall, now it appears under various forms. Among other things, there is a female monastery here, the tower acts as a belfry and there is a kindergarten. The glory days are far behind, unfortunately the building is a bit neglected. The sightseeing itself will take us little time, you can only see what remains outside the walls.

The old city walls today have a completely different role. The city tower changed into a church belfry, and the walls partly became a convent of the Ursuline Sisters.

Like defensive walls, but in fact it is the best kindergarten in Łęczyca and its vicinity.
