The owner of the company in October made inspection, took pictures, asked about the project. Asked to scan the maps, which required me to go to the service point, because the maps were large, and Kasia was not enough for the pictures. After sending the scans I waited for January, because the project was supposed to be ready and then it started. Kasia did not answer the phone calls, did not reply to text messages, emails. After two weeks, she wrote that she was ill and that we would meet in 2 weeks to discuss the project. Minely three weeks-from p.Kasi zero contact, again no response to my calls and messages. Finally, I called from a different number. Then I picked up, very surprised. She explained that she dragged her meeting (for a few months ?!) and that we will meet within 7 days, before the winter holidays. As I was expecting, from then there was no contact again. The holidays were gone, the project was gone, I was gone. I wasted all the winter waiting for the garden design. This time no one would return to me, but I asked you for a refund of PLN 30 for scanning maps. No reaction and no money. No explanation of her unprofessional behavior. I will stay away from this lady and her company.
