It must be honestly admitted that the bread is ok - it does not age so quickly. However, other articles are often not fresh. The bakery itself generates a tremendous amount of confusion - part of the street is appropriated for a parking lot, while other places are occupied by their company vans. The owner is probably the more nervous, because his screams can be heard all over the neighborhood.
