I definitely do not recommend. Unreliable information for the client, the client is only a means to an end ... i.e. a bank's profit. No rules, only profit. Talking to an employee is like talking to a programmed BOT .... and at the same time arrogance ... and strangely blaming the "system". The last example from the edge: the client reports the removal of a standing order on May 5, that is, it should be entered into the system on May 5 and should be after the case, but wherever ... the client is to make another payment on May 15. I will add that it is about a former voluntary standing order on an account where there is currently no traffic and the client is an elderly person not necessarily familiar with the meanders of the banking "system". After all, the bank already has a profit from the account fee of PLN 6.99 per month. To sum up, we have come to a time when the term fraud, extortion as reprehensible applies only to natural persons, while in relation to this bank it is only a "good system". Brrr

I filed a complaint regarding the wrongly charged commission on card withdrawals. The amount may be small, but it was a rule, because the costs in the company must be justified. The system took the commission, because it was not in the branch they were able to change the parameters of the card after changing the package and they didn't give me a new card (because they didn't know I had to) So the commission rates were wrongly set, but I didn't know about it. When I reported it, no one could correct it, and I did not make cash withdrawals with the card for a month (in case unjustified commissions would not be collected again). However, after 30 days I received a letter (registered letter) about the negative consideration of the complaint. The blame was clearly on the Bank's side, but no one had investigated the matter thoroughly. I have been a client of this bank for many years, but once the approach to the client was different. I am thinking of changing the bank.

I definitely do not recommend. An unprofessional approach to service. They withdraw money with great grace. They still whine so much, so much, not this signature. What times have we waited to ask for our own money from the account. Paranoia! I don't like the service at this establishment.

Old Polish sour soup would be tasty if it wasn't for the fresh egg. I'm downgrading because they were bloating.
