The employees rather rude, treating clients with superiority and a bit like intrusions, on the principle "you come to me to ask". In addition, they initially present proposals that are simply unfavorable to me, and thus maximizing the bank's profit, although they know perfectly well that there are solutions satisfactory for both sides. You need to have an idea about banking so as not to simply get stressed.

Fatal organization. The point is open until 17.30, but payments can be made until 16.30 ... Total ignorance of the client, on which they still earn. For this you can not pay by card ... defeat
