Terrible organization of work. One cashier and they also deal with fraudulent accounts, granting loans, etc. At the same time, they chat with the client on various additional topics. I understand that you have to be nice for the client, but when you see a queue of people pissed off by the expectations, it would be a bit faster to reach your goal.
