The lady behind the counter has no idea what is going on in this pseudo-website. The general inspection of the bike lasted 3 weeks instead of 5 days, after this treatment I now have only problems with the bike and they cannot or do not know how to fix the fault. I heartily recommend this site not expensive and lame.

Bike under warranty with a faulty derailleur make problems they do not want to repair the mechanic says that he will not pay out of his own pocket for repair under warranty ... We wanted to politely talk and determine the issues of warranty repair emphasize, constant caution about the fall of the bike and our fault fault ... Senior the shop guy arrogantly raises his voice to the customer wanting to suppress him constantly talking and repeats the same thing several times they want to convince you of their arguments. The bottom and two meters of mud do not recommend service to anyone. On the statement that we write a negative opinion, we heard that we have nothing to count on repairing the bike under the warranty ... I have never encountered such a bribe in any service or store. A terrible place, the bike regulated in the review after the purchase dumped the chain from the hub. Mudguards fitted by a service technician fell down after reaching the first intersection with a loose saddle and steering wheel. After a distance of 250km, the brakes stopped working (in the opinion of the person receiving the report - probably after falling down) - the complaint process itself lasts nearly 3 weeks without any information about its progress.
