Very poor service staff, I came under warranty to replace the meter in the new vivaro, which when picking up the new car from the showroom 256 thousand km Opel made a diagnosis of the meter for replacement I was told that a few days will be a new meter, service representatives will contact me after a few days and we will arrange exchange expired two months no one called I tried to contact the service once I heard my friend does not take care of your car but he is on the second shift, I called the next day I heard my friend call you back within 15 minutes no one called back then someone picked up the receiver and put it down next to the phone there is not even a signal .... Pathetic.....

Let me start with the fact that the seemingly high opinions of this place apply only to the store / dealers. When it comes to service, maybe there will be two opinions out of 5 stars, but this is due to the oil change service, which they probably somehow manage to perform, the rest are extremely low opinions, which reflect the level of service. I got to the ASO when I had a car breakdown, the car went out, I couldn't start it, white smoke began to come out from under the hood. I gave the car back on Friday, but it was only on Tuesday that the "mechanic" contacted me saying that the starter was burnt and it should be replaced. The next day I was contacted again to inform that the engine was to be replaced - without a precise diagnosis what had happened, I only heard that the engine was not working and it was for replacement. So I asked for a quote for this service and was presented with two variants: a new engine for 27,000 PLN (which was out of the question as the price exceeded the value of the car - Opel Astra J) or a used engine, which I would deliver myself and then the price would be around 7-8 thousand. PLN depending on what would still be replaced and what would be in the delivered engine. I agreed on the option with a used engine and asked for one information, namely what the engine model was, I was browsing a lot of offers and the markings differed and as I did not want to buy an engine that simply would not fit and throw the money down the drain - I needed this simple information. The "mechanic" who conducted the case told me that "yyy, I don't know, you have to do it yourself" to which I replied that I would buy it myself and deliver it to you as it was agreed, but I need to know the exact engine model which one should I buy, the "mechanic" said "yyyy, well, I only see some AR6 here? It's a six-speed, right?" - At this point, I fully doubted this website and grabbed my head in disbelief. I said that this is a 6-speed one, and the employee continued to do his own thing, saying that the engine "must be you alone". The next day I thanked for the cooperation, took the car from this pathetic ASO (I paid over PLN 700 for the starter with assembly) and fortunately I had the opportunity to talk to the man who was in charge of this case because thanks to this I could explain his incompetence to him and heard that a customer delivered a wrong engine that did not fit the car already took place and someone bought the wrong engine for his Opel Mokka - I am sure it was because of the lack of professionalism of this site. I gave the car to real professionals who dismantle the engines every day and are being replaced - yes, the engine was to be replaced, but at least they chose the right model for me, and with a warranty.

Although I do not have the newest car and I was in the showroom for the first time, I was properly served, the matter was resolved immediately. I recommend nice and kind service.

I do not recommend the service and "guaranteed" used cars. The dealer is eager to sell used car service insurance, which in my case turned out to be a sham. The service in the damaged box changed the seals for 6 months, after the end of the warranty period, it turned out that the box was to be repaired. Of course, the previous oil leaks from the box are a coincidence and it's a completely different fault not covered by the warranty.
