Would help if they answered messages. Especially since they state that they "answer immediately" Edit: Car Bone sent me the following message in response to my above review: "Hello Jithu. We would really appreciate telling us where the message was sent. We reply every message as soon as possible. May be that your messages got stuck in spam folder or the same happened with our reply. Nevertheless, we reply most efficiently on Facebook Messanger or Instagram Direct messages, where clients are serviced or redirected to specific departments." I have two pieces of advice for you: Firstly, it might help making it clear that you answer faster to Facebook or Instagram messages. Secondly, please look around your website and familiarise yourself with it as your website has a messaging option, and on this, it clearly states "we reply immediately" Since you're not aware of this feature, on your own website, I have posted a screenshot for your convenience.
