As for the car, I have no objections. The problem occurred after the tire was damaged on the way to the airport. At the window, unfortunately, no one was there and I did not have time to wait, I had only a few minutes to close the gates. On the way to the airport, I grabbed the slipper in the front right wheel, quickly changed to the access road, I put the car back in the parking lot. By renting the car, a deposit of approximately £ 86 was blocked on the card. Avis estimated the damage at PLN 373.92 (around 78f - the pound rate in December). I thought that in the case of damage, the amount of the deposit would be charged, I did not check if they had unblocked the funds, I was sure that the case was settled. On January 23, 2019 I received an email from the debt collection company. Amount to pay PLN 579. None of Avisu would contact me. If you have not collected the amount from the deposit, a short email was available, where to transfer the money and what amount. I was your regular client but after this incident I will change the rental to another one. I am disappointed with your attitude. I do not recommend!
I got a car almost new, 1000 km run, professional service, I can recommend it.
