Service in the MASAKRA store. A young girl with a LEARNING badge, naughty, insults customers, wears a mask on her chin and does not know the word please or beg. I was in this store with a complaint about the goods and despite the fact that I received the information that I already have the goods for collection, I had to go to the store 3 times because you said there was no goods, they did not want to give away money, and she could not say anything about other equipment. When I noticed your attention, she found out that she is studying. Culture, however, should be LEARNED AT HOME and not on CUSTOMERS AT WORK. Mr. Lucjan, on the other hand, allows the old man to shout at customers who choose a smartphone from the bottom shelf for a longer time. Ladies and Gentlemen, A LITTLE CULTURE. However, I will not buy anything there. The advantage, however, is the time to handle the complaint, I got a new product, although I had to go for it 3 times

My shopping history at this store is as pathetic and embarrassing as all of Media Expert. I made a purchase and after three weeks of waiting for the goods, I found out that I had to write a complaint for an undelivered delivery and wait another two weeks for the complaint to be considered. Lament God helpline and lament God the shop staff didn't help anything, everyone spread their hands. I got my money back and made a purchase from a competition where after two days I had the same goods at home and 500 PLN cheaper. This store is a failure like all Media Expert. PS. PLEASE DON'T REPLY ANSWER STYLE. WE ARE SORRY ...... ETC.

I am surprised by some opinions, we are probably writing about two completely different places. I have positive memories of this shop, the employees are smiling and helpful. Since the previous location, I have been using the store's services and I don't remember anything to complain about. If the moment of waiting in such a large discount store is a big problem, I envy the obstacles in life.
