I don't know why so many positive opinions for the service. Of course, when ordering the mattress, the Lady was soooo kind. Unfortunately, this courtesy ended as after more than a month of waiting for the shipment, I showed up at the store to find out at what stage our order is being processed. In the end, the lady began to blame the absent friend and when asked if it had not been for my visit (I note that we had previously contacted by phone to determine when the delivery would be), we would have waited for the mattress for "never saint", the lady replied "nooo, we would have got him someday" . It was the first time I had encountered such incompetence, including the fact that the Lady started screaming at her. PS. It turned out that the mattress is both in Lodz, i.e. in the store warehouse and in the central warehouse, and it should have been delivered to us a long time ago and I still do not know when the delivery will be because I could not download what is in Lodz. MASAKRA I will definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

Professional and nice salon service. The choice of mattress was preceded by an examination of needs. I picked up the mattress on the set date, everything went smoothly, in a nice atmosphere. The mattress has been used for half a year and I am very happy with it :) I would gladly recommend DlaSpania to the Port friends :) Regards :)

I RECOMMEND 120% to every good sleep seeker visit the DlaSpania Port Łódź salon! Here they can listen to the customer's needs without selling theirs. Fully PROFESSIONAL service, no forced customer friendliness. COMFORT of purchase - from unobtrusive help in making the right decision (VERY DIFFICULT due to the wide offer ...) to finalize the contract on very favorable conditions - DISCOUNT and a phenomenal RATAL OPTION! (including transport, utilization of old products ect.) I am VERY satisfied - I bought a 2 person mattress, pillows and sleeping accessories. All products are quality beyond my expectations.

Professional service, the salesman / adviser began the conversation by examining the needs and only later presented the solution. Tailored the offer to the needs, also taking into account financial possibilities. I hope the purchased mattress will be as good as the service in the store and will last a long time.
