I suggest becoming more interested in the customer service approach, especially when the situation goes beyond the accepted routine - that is, refuel and pay. I filled up with fuel and asked for an FV. The woman who served me, not responding to my request, issued a receipt - to my surprise that I had asked for an FV, she replied that it was not true - making a fool of me that I did not know what I was saying, then indignantly announced that it was necessary to speak louder and turned with her back to me demonstratively and pretended not to see me. I cannot think of such behavior, especially in today's times, where so much attention is paid to customer service - from the front, not ... from the back. Of course, I was not offered any solution to the matter, I did not receive the invoice, the word "sorry" also did not pass through the lady's throat.
