My close friend's dad is a resort visitor. He is a terribly burdensome person, but nevertheless they took great care of him, with full care and commitment. I highly recommend the resort with a clear conscience.

I highly recommend the Jovimed resort in Ksawerów. My mum has been staying here for almost two years, she is very well looked after. There is a homely atmosphere in Jovimed, there is tasty food prepared on the spot. Inmates are provided with constant nursing care and frequent medical visits. People who look after the residents of the center and the management staff approach their work with heart and commitment.

I recommend the nursing home "Jovimed" with all my heart. My grandmother was there. There are empathic people working there who care for every mentee. Director Agnieszka Pianowska is the heart of the house. Agnieszka sets the rhythm of work with her heart and commitment. My grandmother felt like a family there. recommend

I would absolutely not recommend Jovimed to anyone. The good opinion Jovimed enjoyed at the beginning of its existence belongs to the past. There is structurally insufficient staff in relation to the number of residents and the length of corridors to traverse. As a result, the staff is stressed and sometimes even aggressive towards those under their care. My mother was in Jovimedzie only on a long weekend, from Friday to Monday. The nurse who received my mother on the first evening made a hell of a fuss for us because of the lack of pampers. The director, during the initial conversation, apparently forgot to inform us that in the center without pampers we have nothing to look for. In addition, in Jovimedzie every resident must supply himself with pampers and there is no exception to this rule. So if a resident does not have a loved one in place, he must arrange for a private external guardian to buy pampers. On the second day, my mother, due to lack of staff, waited an hour in a wheelchair under the elevator before the babysitter took her to the dining room. On the third day in the morning, my mother was lying in the wet bed until 10.00 am, because the babysitter on duty did not know that my mother was in her room. The summoning system was officially installed, but it did not work in my mother's room. The rooms in Jovimedzie are nice, but that's not what the senior home is about.
