Ladies very helpful and polite. I recommend, my favorite branch is more likely to send letters or receive correspondence when dealing with such nice people on site, which cannot be said about clients sometimes 😅
Even though I had to pay the fine, I remember my visit so fondly 😂
There is nothing to complain about because what happened there and it was years ago, it was a drama to get in there and get nervous yet, while after changes and renovation it is much better, of course without any revelations because this point is just too small but and yes changes are for the better.
A small point but very nice service. I would recommend.
