I was dissatisfied with the diet, however Catering accepted my complaint and it was resolved in a satisfactory manner.
After 3 days, I was not satisfied with the gluten and 3000 kcal lactose free diet.
My guess is that this is not the type of diet you specialize in because half of the dishes were boring, sometimes dry and not very tasty (these unpalatable dishes were the ones served in large amounts due to the large amount of calories so the food was wasted).
There were things that were tasty (such as fruit puree yesterday) or granola with coconut milk.
The problem was resolved and contact was immediate.
I heartily recommend, a varied diet everyone will find something for themselves.
