I got my specially customized order without hitches, though the cashier was quite confused when I asked for a non-standard sandwich. Even at a busy day like a Saturday, their service was quick, and chicken, though it had laid a good few minutes on the heating counter, was crispy and tasty. The refill stand was a mess though, and even after informing the staff nobody had done anything about it. Chalking it up to a busy day and not enough hands to coordinate everything, I don't count that as a very big issue :) 4/5 just because it wasn't perfect.

The toilets next to this KFC are a complete catastrophy. Its the responsibility of a restaurant not only to provide good food but also clean toilets, even in a shopping mall.
