Once a beautiful palace / villa. Currently it is falling into ruin and it is getting worse every year. Due to the reconstruction of the road and the revitalization of the nearby park, its area was severely limited, thus the lack of interest in the building by potential investors. A memento of the industrial power of the 19th century

This is a perfect example of the superiority of private property from communal property. Once, probably, a beautiful building is currently haunting the area and is becoming more and more degraded. And it may be better, because the example of the Poznański palace shows that the city, however, can take care of monuments. Here manufacturers long villa currently serves the function of living, but rather none of the locals is not proud that he lives in a palace. What's more, the residents' cars devastate the surrounding greenery and sometimes even block the pavement. Shame!
