I came to the TUI Port Łódź travel agency on the recommendation of friends from whom I heard that they cannot imagine buying a vacation in another office. I decided to personally use the experience of such praised specialists. I was not disappointed. During my visit, Mrs. Patrycja, who attends me, presented me with some interesting proposals. None of my questions were left without an exhaustive answer. Ms. Patrycja was even able to interest me with holiday directions that I did not take into account at the beginning. I have used the services of various travel agencies many times, but without exaggerating after the visit, I was impressed by the competence of the advisor who served me. For sure wruce to this place ....

I am very pleased with each trip purchased in this office. Everything agrees with the offers presented, which are discussed in detail and presented with full professionalism. Ms. Monika comprehensively answers the questions asked without any problem. I heartily recommend.

A company without an employee is just a name. Coming to TUI in the Port of Łódź, I know that my vacation will be successful. Mr. Jonathan, who works there, is a cordial and patient person. It is extremely easy for him to choose the places I would like to go. Employees, and thus - I recommend the office the most :)

Professional approach to the client - our holiday expectations were met, the friendly staff (Mrs. Patrycja) answered all our questions, suggested a convenient place to stay and advised the hotel. Everything was done smoothly and without any problems. If you leave, then only with TUI!
