Friendly service and good advice from experienced people. Help and support at every step. The holiday was definitely successful.

Very poor service in all respects. After entering and starting the conversation, I was not even offered to sit down. After a few minutes I made myself comfortable. I had very specific expectations for the trip - after describing them, the Lord suggested that ... he would send an offer to the email. Is this not why you visit the office in person? However, I agreed and finished the conversation. The offer came the same day and this is the only plus of this opinion. Unfortunately, all three suggestions included 2 meals, although I explicitly asked only for "all inclusive". Other expectations were also not met everywhere (e.g. price). I have already dealt with other Itaka offices and the situation was quite different there. I do not recommend this particular one.
