I recommend it, the matter of transferring the number from another operator was handled very quickly, they had cards in place where they were waiting for delivery at other points, friendly service.

Tak lekceważącego, zuchwałego, niegrzecznego, grubiańskiego podejścia nie napotkałam nigdy. Sami nich Państwo ocenią, ale jak widać moja opinia nie jest odosobniona.

Very rude to service, embarrassing way of communication with the client. I felt like an intruder. I did not settle the matter with which I came, nor did I obtain exhaustive information on how to settle it. No help from the employee. I do not recommend this point, and consequently also a company that does not care about the standard of customer service.

On the weekend, something to do, it's a massacre, the systems are collapsing or working just like it is for the weekend ..... Service is very polite and red on the face with shame for such a system ...

arrogant service, inhuman attitude, and this in relation to a long-term customer. At POLKOMTEL, I would give a lady with whom I had the trouble to talk a disciplinary interview, because I am considering leaving the operator.
