Certain procedures in your branch should really be speeded up - today I was just collecting a foreign transfer from Money Express. It took 40 minutes without the queue.

I handled my affairs very efficiently - no queues - I was ready for a long wait. Everything professionally. I use the ATM more often and here also a plus, because there are two.

I have been a client of this branch for over 10 years. I always meet with professional and above all professional service. My knowledge about banking is minimal, while the ladies working in this department will advise you which product will be the best. I really appreciate the fact that I can always count on honest clarification of issues that concern me, even when it comes to car insurance. I also express my admiration for everyone working there for patience, class and smile despite the very difficult situations that I sometimes witness.

What is going on in this establishment is pure mockery. The manager probably ate all the brains and thinks that he is the god of this institution, not to mention that the employees are clearly scared. The situation from that week when my mother wanted to pay the bill, the manager came over and forbade his employee to accept the bill. He claimed that "you still have 2 months time, please place a standing order". Another woman refused to withdraw cash and said "there is an ATM". What??? It is probably each individual matter when and how he wants to pay. On this day, not only my mother was mistreated by this gentleman. Maybe the mountain will finally take care of this matter because customers will certainly leave. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!
