This is a very characteristic park. Almost all trees are covered with Ivy. It adds a mystery to the park.

A very charming place with a large tree stand covered with ivy. In the middle of the park a water reservoir reminiscent of a pond from some Amazonian forest 😉 ... beautiful, climatic and to every now and then benches where you can admire the beauty of the Sławski lake

A phenomenal park, the perfect place for hot days for everyone looking for shade. It is very extensive - for such a small city - and extremely picturesque. Trees entwined and overgrown with vines are making an amazing impression. The park is an excellent communication alternative for those traveling (walking or cycling) between the center of Sława and the beach. Unlike sun-warmed, urban lawns, this park offers plenty of shade and pleasant chill on hot days.

The City Park in Sława, with an area of ​​approx. 45 ha, was created in the second half of the 19th century on the basis of a former baroque palace park. Its designer was Carl Eduard Petzold, who in 1854 redesigned the greenery into a romantic landscape park. The large complex crosses a network of paths leading from the palace to the lake beach. The whole is overgrown with a valuable stand today (including plane trees, black pines) and the largest concentration of evergreen ivy in western Poland. Park fauna is also rich.
