Pechowa Góra, or "Smolniak" reaches 102 m a.s.l. Its name has changed many times over the centuries. In the nineteenth century it was called Roh Bge, which can be translated as Góra Groźna, Pech B-ge in turn is Góra Pechowa, or Smolna. This last name should probably be associated with the fact that tar is produced in its area. You can also find maps where the hill south of Dąbrown is called Okolniak. In the past, the Skarpa from the west was used as a gravel pit. A small cemetery, which no longer exists, was established from the north. Certainly it was noticed by travelers who in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries by stagecoach traveled the nearby road from Sulechów to Głogów. Pechowa Góra is best seen from the provincial road 318 leading from Lubięcin towards Tarnów Jezierny.
