The rooms are quite cozy, but extremely useless soundproofing. Stove in the kitchen (2nd floor) for only 2 dishes, and rooms 5. Shower is also only 1, the water in it is heated by a boiler, which is also not enough.

Fine. there is free parking, 2 washing machines, there is a bathroom on each floor (3 floors in total), one shower room per floor, each has a boiler, Wi-Fi is free, two kitchens, electric stoves, a technician cleans the corridors and bathrooms once a week, the rest tenants take turns.
