At the outset, I would like to point out that I do not evaluate the bank's offer here, because it is variable. I have been a customer for years, previously I had accounts at WBK, now in Santander, but the staff and quality of service in this branch, in my opinion, is consistently high. Always nice and polite. As for the offers, everything is clearly and comprehensively explained, there is no misleading customer. Keep it up.

Nice service but the bank's offer when it comes to savings is average. A big plus for the cash deposit.

The waiting time for withdrawing money is very long, but it is very long. In the bank there are two queues of people who enter one after another and place themselves in the direction of cash registers and people who fall outside the order. A client who only wants to withdraw money is out of order, while a client who wants to give credit takes precedence ...
