500km from the house the belt tensioner pulley of the accessories broke down. Saturday at 15. After reaching the workshop, a quick phone call from the owner to a nearby warehouse and before 4 p.m. we were still on the road. The price for the service is affordable. Thank you for your help.

8:00 am, S3, 250 km from home, Corpus Christi. The car stops driving. A disaster. The Lord answers the phone, arrives, packs our car on a tow truck, takes it to the service center, diagnoses a breakdown and calls for almost an hour and looks for the needed part (I remind you in the morning at Corpus Christi).
