Hello, who's there? They should close the clinics, and the supposedly working ladies there are sent to unemployment. From 10 am my mother tries to call the clinic to get her prescriptions written, but well, for a good few hours, she's four in line and nobody has going to pick up a telecon! Shame! Coffee more important than people. Not nice, not nice! Someone should clean it up. Time for a complaint to the provincial NFZ.

If someone else is registered there, I recommend that you rewrite yourself elsewhere, total DNO, no chance to get through, still busy, not only during a pandemic.

THIS PLACE REQUIRES REFORM !!! The clinic is divided into a section for children and adults, who operate independently of each other. Website for babies is very satisfactory. There is nothing to fault from registration to doctors. THE ADAPTER WORKS WORKING because the registration system is broken. Registration - FEUDAL FUNCTION categorically needs changes. HERE'S THE SOLUTION: the registration system is the same as in the communication office, i.e. in the case of outpatient clinics: you come in, choose a doctor, take a number, wait. The current system works to the detriment of the patient, causes melting of the patient's time, adversely affects interpersonal relationships and finally the registration is "set" - without knowledge, a smaller chance of a faster visit. The above system solves everything, and its additional modification (support via the internet / website or application) can eliminate the error that is in the office of sale or time rendering. Undoubtedly a plus are doctors who are very good and accurately diagnose our ailments without which this clinic would be at a poor level.
