I was a client of this office (yes, I'm not from the competition). After receiving several notifications from the Tax Office, due to irregularities in the "paperwork" regarding various types of tax matters, the testimonies that this office led, I decided to escape. The service looks like that the lady who guided me was either at a meeting or on sick leave, or she kindly wrote back to the email after 4 days, and when I resigned, she stopped answering my phone and calling me back. Low price for office services, but zero level professionalism and customer service. If someone wants to receive an average monthly summons from the tax office, go ahead. Better to pay 30% more in a normal office and avoid contacting the tax office for not your fault. Plus for the price, a series of minuses for everything else. The office follows a quantitative, not qualitative principle or there are more and less important customers. I am not a fan of negative feedback, but in this case I decided to make an exception because I was and I know how much ... it was a choice.

Run as far as possible. If they report a problem, they say they will check and call you back. 2 days silence and you have to call yourself. If they don't drink coffee, maybe they'll do something. If you don't want to ... don't choose this office.
